cramp1This condition is a sudden, painful spasm in one or more muscles. Cramp commonly occurs during sleep. It can also develop after strenuous exercise, due to a build-up chemical waste products in the muscles or to excessive loss of salt and fluids from the body through sweating.cramp3 Cramp can often be relieved by stretching and massaging the affected muscle.

cramp2Kramp, bir veya birden fazla kasta ani, ağrılı spazm gelişmesidir. Genellikle uyku esnasında gelişir. Ağır egzersizlerde kaslar içerisinde biriken kimyasal atık ürünlerden kaynaklı veya terleme neticesinde aşırı sıvı ve tuz kaybından dolayı da gelişebilir. Kramplar genellikle germe ve masajla rahatlatılabilir. 

Low Back Pain / Bel Ağrısı

Clinical findings include backache, abnormal posture, and limitation of movement. Nerve root involvement is indicated by radiating radicular pain and usually unilateral sensory disturbances.

Bel ağrısı sık karşılaştığımız şikayetlerdendir. Sebebi omurlar arası disklerde fıtıklaşma olabilir. Bel ağrısı, duruş bozukluğu ve hareket kısıtlılığı gibi klinik bulgular ortaya çıkar. Bacağa yayılan ağrı ve genellikle tek taraflı duysal bozukluklar olması sinir köküne tesir olduğuna işaret eder.

Traction Therapy

traksiyon1The successes of the traction therapy, especially of cervical, lumbar and the hip joint therapy, have been known in physical medicine for a long time. The lumbago, which makes up over 30 percent of all degenerative processes in the region of the vertebral column, is particularly a disease of very great importance in health politics.
The controlled, successful therapy causes a relief of the surrounding tissue. Easing of the foraminal and disc pressure additionally results in relief of the irritated nerves. On the traction couch, the patient can be subjected to chiropractical or electromotive traction. The main field of use is lumbar and cervical traction, but also the traction of other joints is entirely possible with the assistance of additional belts. Even after a few therapy treatments, the patient may be free from pain.

Ozon (O3) – ein farbloses Gas mit charakteristischem Geruch – ist ein aus drei Sauerstoffatomen bestehendes Molekül. Es ist die energiereiche, aktive Form von Sauerstoff und wird deshalb auch als „Aktivsauerstoff“ bezeichnet.

Medizinisches (Medical-) Ozon ist ein Gemisch aus 0,05 bis 5% reinstem Ozon und 99,95 bis 95% medizinisch reinem Sauerstoff, das durch stille elektrische Entladung hergestellt wird. Es ist ein exakt dosierbares Medikament, wird in msec im Blut und damit 15mal schneller als Sauerstoff, aufgenommen. Es ist danach aber nicht mehr als Ozon-Molekül nachweisbar.

Das Ozon oxidiert die Membran der Blutzellen – und wegen Ihrer großen Zahl hauptsächlich der Erythrozyten – während des Kontaktes mit den Blut. Enzyme, dei Radikale abfangen neutralisieren die entstandenen Ozonide und setzen eine Kaskade von Stoffwechselkreisen in Gang. Im Ende entstehen Energieträger (ATP), die an leidende Gewebe abgegeben werden. Die damit verbundene verbesserte Energiebereitstellung wirkt sich positiv auf alle Organe aus.
